Workplace Programs · Micromarkets

Whatever's already in your break room, this goes next to it.

A kitchen, a cafeteria, vending, whatever you've already got. A micromarket isn't a pitch to replace it, it's an addition that covers the hours and the shifts it can't reach. We install it, stock it, and service it, so there's nothing for your team to run.

The gap it fills

Open when nothing else on site is.

A kitchen or cafeteria is open when someone's there to run it. Plenty of workplaces run longer than that: early starts, late shifts, the odd weekend, or a production floor where people can't leave the line for more than a few minutes. That's the gap a micromarket fills, and only that gap. Open shelves, a cooler, and a self-checkout kiosk, open 24/7, including every hour whatever you've already got isn't. Everything you already run keeps running exactly the same.

It also keeps people on site. Nobody has to leave the property for a snack or a drink, and a break that stays at work is a shorter, easier break for everyone.

Is a micromarket the right size for your team?

As a rule of thumb, a micromarket suits roughly 50 or more people on site. Smaller teams usually start with office coffee or a vending machine and add a market later as headcount grows. We'll tell you honestly which one fits, that's part of the free assessment. More on how sizing and pricing work in our buyer's guide.

What it is

Open shelves, a cooler, a kiosk, tap to pay.

Open shelving, a cooler, a freezer, and a self-checkout kiosk your people tap to pay at, card or mobile pay. No cash box, no attendant, no line. Open 24/7, including every hour the rest of your break room isn't staffed or stocked.

How it works

Three steps, no attendant, no line.

  1. A person in a hi-vis vest taking a wrapped sandwich from the stocked cooler in a micromarket.

    1. Take what you want off the shelf or out of the cooler.

  2. A person scanning a bag of snacks at the micromarket self-checkout kiosk.

    2. Scan it at the kiosk and tap a card. That is the whole checkout.

  3. A person in a hi-vis vest taking a cup of coffee from a bean-to-cup brewer on the break room counter.

    3. Coffee runs on the same visit, brewed by the cup.

Add the coffee program

Fresh coffee, restocked on the same visit.

You can add a bean-to-cup coffee machine to a micromarket. We own it and we keep it stocked on our regular route. Billing follows the machine's own cup count. It also runs on its own if you want coffee first and a market later.

What it costs you to run

Nothing for your team to manage.

  • We install the cooler, freezer, and kiosk at your location.
  • We stock it weekly, twice a week if it's moving fast, and rotate for freshness.
  • We service it and fix it. Nobody on your team touches inventory or repairs, that's on us.
  • Little to no cost to the business, either way you run it.

How pricing works

Two ways to run it, both are your call.

Employees pay full price

Your people pay shelf price at the kiosk, card or mobile pay. Little to no cost to the business at all, this is where most accounts start.

You subsidize part of it

Or you cover part of the cost per item, so everything rings up cheaper for your team. Some of our accounts run it this way. Either setup works, and it's your call, not ours, at any point.

Who's running it

Ours, since 2005, no fine print.

We own every piece of equipment

We've run micromarkets, office coffee, and vending for Southern Utah employers since 2005, over 20 years. We own the equipment we place and fix it ourselves, so nothing sits waiting on someone else's repair schedule.

Month to month

No contract lock-in. If it's not working for either of us, it ends, no fight, either side can end it any time.

Paperwork, in one email

COI, W-9, and LLC proof, all in one email whenever your team needs them for procurement or onboarding a new vendor.
