Washington County · Our busiest market
St. George vending, micromarkets, and office coffee, serviced locally.
This is the most competitive break room market in our footprint, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Here is the honest case for using somebody whose trucks are already in this county.
The honest version
You have options here. Most of them are not local.
St. George is the fastest-growing metro in Utah, so it attracts every kind of provider: national networks with a city page for every town in the country, regional operators routing down from the Wasatch Front, and directory listings that are not operators at all.
A national network page for St. George is usually the same page they publish for two hundred other cities with the name swapped. That is not automatically bad service. It does mean the person who answers when your machine goes down is not in this county, and the technician they dispatch may not be either.
Our routes run from here. Offices along Red Cliffs Drive and River Road, the industrial and warehouse buildings off Bluff Street, and the newer office product going in around them are stops on a route our own people drive, not a work order handed to a subcontractor.
How to actually compare providers
Four tests, and we would rather you run them on us too.
Owned or leased?
The single most useful question, and almost nobody asks it. Machines leased from a bottler mean repairs route through the bottler's queue. We own every machine we place and fix them with our own technician.
Where is the person who answers?
Ask what happens at 4pm on a Friday. A local operator gives you a person. A national network gives you a case number and a window.
What happens to a lost dollar?
When a machine takes an employee's money and delivers nothing, there should be a stated way to get it back that does not depend on catching the right person. Ask for it in writing, from anyone you are considering.
Can they produce the packet?
Certificate of insurance naming your business, W-9, proof the LLC is active, current food handler permits for anyone restocking food. Ask before you sign, because facilities will ask you for them afterward.
The full checklist is in the buyer's guide. It is written to be used on any provider in this market, which includes us.
The rest of the footprint
St. George is the busiest route we run. It is not the only one.
Each of these is a real route with its own specifics, not a city name dropped into a template. That is worth checking, because it is the difference you are actually buying.
St. George, answered honestly
The questions worth asking in a crowded market.
There are a lot of vending companies in St. George. What actually makes you different?
Two things you can verify rather than take on faith. We own our machines outright instead of leasing them from a bottler, which is why a repair does not become a ticket in somebody else's queue. And the people who answer the phone are the people who run the routes, in this county. Everything else you will read on a page like this, ours included, is marketing until you test it with the questions below.
Do you cover Washington, Hurricane, and Ivins too?
Yes, on the same route days as St. George proper, so there is no separate scheduling arrangement for an account just outside the city. Those are listed on our service area page along with La Verkin and Saratoga Springs.
What size building makes sense for a micromarket versus vending?
Micromarkets earn their keep when enough people use them regularly through the day, which in practice means a real headcount and a break room worth putting one in. Below that, a couple of machines is the honest answer and we will say so. We would rather size it correctly than install something that ends up underused and gets blamed on the equipment.
How fast do you actually respond when something breaks?
Ask us directly and hold us to what we tell you, rather than trusting a number printed on a website. We would rather commit to something specific for your building, in writing, than publish a blanket promise that every location in the county is supposed to fit.
Run the four tests on us.
Tell us about your building. If somebody else is a better fit for what you need, we will tell you that instead of pitching you.
